In 1939, Pete Gerber and his father Joseph, who owned an advertising firm in Portland, sent a small batch of handmade cutlery sets to their clients for the holidays. These knives proved to be so popular that catalog retailer Abercrombie & Fitch requested more of the knives to sell in their catalog. Gerber Legendary Blades was born that same year, and the tradition of giving knives and tools as gifts has remained ever since. This holiday season get them something they actually want, will use, and carry for years to come.
Spark your creativity, sift through brand-new patterns and illustrations, and surprise them with truly a one-of-a-kind, fully custom gifts.
