By admittance into this program, you will be entering into an agreement between Gerber and yourself, the Buyer. Membership is by application, is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time at Gerber's discretion.

PURCHASE GUIDELINES

Orders may not exceed $999 per year.

Free shipping with orders of $50 and above.

Due to state laws regarding knives, Gerber is currently unable to ship knives to the state of New York.

It is the buyer's responsibility to understand and adhere to local and state laws and regulations regarding the ownership and carry of knives.

IMPORTANT

No returns allowed. Do not return product to your local store. All warranty requests should be directed to Gerber here

Your account is for your use only. Do not discuss this program or your special pricing with retailers.

Under this agreement the Buyer shall not sell Gerber product for a profit. At no time should Gerber products purchased through the program be sold or diverted for resale in any outlet - including but not limited to the internet, swap meets, flea markets, etc.

Pro accounts are strictly monitored. This program is a valuable benefit offered by discretion to you. If it is determined program guidelines have been breached your account will become suspended indefinitely.
