For easy sight lines with minimal effort, look no further. The precision-ground blades handle tough branches while staying sharp, the low-friction coating keeps sap off. The structured ratcheting system and rubber handle offer superior power in use.
Designed by professional hunters and guides, the Myth series offers a well articulated assemblage of products for use in the field during and after a successful hunt. With slim profiles and lightweight, durable designs, the Myth line sets a new standard for hunting knives and accessories, serving to safely and efficiently manage all aspects of the business of hunting whether in the field or at camp.
STAYS SHARP AFTER RIGOROUS APPLICATION
Packing along this heavy-duty Myth Ratcheting Pruner makes perfect sense for the avid hunter who seeks to clear the area for easy sight lines with minimal effort, so as not to hit exhaustion before the wait for game begins. The pruner does its job of cutting heavy branches with zero fuss, its hardened, precision-ground blades staying sharp through regular heavy use. The low friction coating on the blades keeps them smooth and doesn’t allow tree sap to adhere and cause the pruner to grow sticky and useless. The lock situated between the handles opens smoothly but keeps the Myth Ratcheting Pruner safely closed while carrying it to and from the field, or when stored away.
RATCHET DESIGN FOR EASY USE
The brawny all-metal construction Myth Ratcheting Pruner, backed by Fiskars Technology, is ready to work with its structured ratcheting system and easy to pull rubber handles. You’ll carry it into and out of the field with ease, given its lightweight structure, and find the tool doing nearly all of the work for you in clearing sight lines for the hunt, leaving you energy to spare for when you require it most.
I purchased these Pruners almost two years ago and they are great. I purchased these for hanging tree stands during hunting season but find myself using them all year long. The ratcheting mechanism really helps cutting anything that will fit into the jaws of the pruners. These are a great combination with the Gator handle hatchet and saw. Makes it possible to get into any tree during hunting season!
These things used to be junk. I have a set laying around that didn't even make it 6 months. 2 hunting trips and they were done for. Part of plastic handle broke and made them useless. Buy one of their hand saws instead. I own 3 and love them.
