  • The S60V blade is the foundation of the G1-002: the spear-point blade is highly polished and full fine edge, presenting a marked departure from the original Mark II's blade.
  • Zev Technologies partnered with Gerber to design the handle, applying a machining pattern inspired by their renowned stippling that results in a unique aesthetic and supreme grip.
  • Blackpoint Tactical heeded the call for a custom Kydex® sheath with vertical or horizontal belt carry options and also boasts secure click-in retention.
  • Each of the 100 hand-built G1-002 knives underwent a laborious multi-stage process, accumulating dozens of hours in production, processing, and assembly.
  • Each knife is hand assembled, double inspected, and serialized for collection.

Just received my knife today and very impressed with the high-grade quality. Is it worth $400? That's up to you to decide, but I'm just glad I purchased one when I had the chance. I'm hoping Gerber makes a Mark 1 combat knife of the same excellent workmanship. I'll buy that one too!

I was able to purchase one of the limited edition GS1-002 knives. I consider myself lucky but wish I had purchased 2 of them. I tried 3 days after it first became available but no luck, already sold out.... Happy to get at least 1 knife. Will keep with my other Vintage MKII and Command II.
