Ready to go at moment’s notice, this assisted opening knife deploys quickly and seamlessly via dual thumbstuds. A cross-bolt safety feature keeps the blade secure in the open state and acts as a safety lock when closed in storage.

The Haul Assisted Opening knife is a modern, stylized knife that springs into action via the dual thumbstuds. Once open, the cross-bolt safety feature secures the blade in place – an easy to operate plunge lock disengages the blade and keeps it safely stowed when not in use.
The 5cr15mov feels like 440c. It sharpens up alright. The clip is tight. It rides good. Not too big but big enough for a full grip. The scales are really what ever. Sure I’d like g10 or something nicer but there ok. I’ve only tripped the safety in my pocket locking the knife a handful of times. The black oxide finish is decent. I like it over the industry standard epoxy paint. The action is rough oh well. I like the blade shape most of all. It has a nice belly for slicing and the slight curve of the blade I feel gives me more control when working away from myself.
After a year of having this knife all I can say is I’m not impressed. The pocket clip broke off just from sitting in an office chair, the 5cr15mov used in the blade makes it lose its edge fast, and the assisted opening feels like a crutch for a knife that wouldn’t open well otherwise.
