Limited lifetime warranty In North America Only, 25 years limited warranty outside of North America. Gerber products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer owns the product. At Gerber’s option, defective product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value. This warranty does not cover damaged product due to misuse or abuse, sharpening, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or industrial/commercial use. 

For cutting tools: Gerber shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shipping costs to the Gerber Gear facility are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend sending the product to our facility with a trackable method to ensure delivery. Gerber Gear will incur all return expenses to your residence or business.

Sharpening charges are as follows:

Single Edge Knife:  $5

Double Edge Knife:  $7.50

Return Freight Fee:  $5

Please include Check or Money Order with your product to be sharpened.  We do not accept Debit or Credit Cards for this service.

*If requested parts are unavailable, Gerber will contact you with further information.

**If the requested parts require disassembly of your product, you will need to process this as a warranty claim and send in your product.

Technological advances in production processes may inhibit the ability to repair older or non-domestically produced products. If your sentimental product cannot be repaired, it will be returned to you as is.
