The S.A.H. (Safety Auto Hook) knife enhances the benefits of Gerber knife technology with the addition of a DZUS fastener/Flat driver as well as a safety Auto Hook. This knife not only allows the war fighter to effectively slash away rigging and harnesses with the push of a button, but troops can use the Safety Auto Hook to more easily exit downed aircraft and damaged vehicles and take the fight to the enemy. During an emergency situation there are precious few seconds that separate life and death. The S.A.H. has been made to allow our military customer to capture those seconds and use them to their advantage.

Love this knife. The auto blade does make a snap but it is still a great knife.

I like the blade, I like the retractible safety hook, this thing looks awesome, I just wish that the locking mechanism was different. I hate cross-blade thumb locks. I hate that the blade closes onto the thumb that dis-engages the lock.

Please make this knife with a push button lock like the 06 Manual or a sliding lock like the DMF, but not an automatic knife as legal issues aren't worth the hassle and I like to take my blade out silently. I don't need the snap of an auto blade giving away my position.
