The bright yellow handle is made of super-strong thermoplastic that's reinforced with fiberglass. And those black rubber inserts you see? That's a material called Kraton, which we engineered in for extra gripping performance.

I have had this knife for 7 years, and have used it on tones of emergnecy call. I LOVE it, and it has served me well. I had a small issue once with it and they replaced it free of cost. Would recomend it to any FF/EMT/Medic out there. I have 7 guys at my work carryining one now because of durability, and cost.

Love this knife....hard to find good full serated blades that are folding....makes easy work of the 2" and 3" lines we use out here....been using since 2009 and buying my 3rd and 4th today one only because i let a crew member use the first and he quit and took it and the 2nd went over board....least ill have a back up this time....never stop making this knife....turnned about 20 boat guys on to it and they all got one and love it to

excellent knife i love it it my right hand man ive used it to cut all kinds of rope webing seat belts the blade is awesome , ill miss it when i ship it out to gerber after having it for so many jobs in the last 4 years the handle has broken =( but im sure gerber will fix it for next to nothing like all my other gerber EDC

Blades too long for EMT/EMS service regulations, we can only carrie a blade length of 3.25 inches. Can we get the same style with a smaller blade length ?

I have had this knife as my EDC since 2003. No problems. Carry it kayaking too. Great Knife!!

I have carried this knife for years, clipped next to my radio on my bunker coat. I have used it to cut almost everything. It deploys quickly and locks up solid. Most impressed with it when I know I can use it to cut battery cables in an instant on car wrecks. Super knife.
