My knife tip broke off whilst cutting a piece of plastic, the + screwdriver broke when removing a car boot casing, and the whole screwdriver tip fell off randomly and the lock doesn't work for the knife

I received mine for Christmas in 2013. After debating on returning it since I have a Swiss Army knife I carry religiously, I read a few reviews that prompted me to open it. I've been using it for 5 weeks. In the last 2 weeks the knife blade came loose so there is some side to side motion while closed. This morning the blade fell off, as in broke off at the hinge, while I was opening a taped box. I hope its not indicative of all of them but the one I got ahold of stinks! I've sent an email to the warranty dept so we'll see how that goes

This tool is excellent and I would totally recommend it to anyone. if it came to push and shove then i would take a spring assisted blade any day but this is great for little repairs and seeing in the dark. The light is really bright and I like the blade.

Bought this to replace a tool I had lost. Too bulky due to the flashlight. I would rather carry a swiss army type knife with more tools.it is and my magnetic tip also broke off. Time to send it back for repairs.

Love this tool! Not as bulky as a Multi w/ pliers but still super handy! Bravo!

I bought this tool thinking it would be a nice pocket knife... its too bulky to be a pocket knife. I started carrying it in my laptop case with my other "essentials" and I have found myself using this thing ALL the time. Very handy tool with a super bright light.

I am a production supervisor at a warehouse and this is the perfect multitool for what I do..knife, built in flashlight (so i dont need a separate one) and screwdriver both phillips and flathead..scissors? ill get around to it. the only problem I have with it is I cant pop the back open to replace the AAA battery when it dies, I would definately buy another one if i happen to break the cap, i just don't want it to come to that. BUY THIS!

this is the worst tool I've ever bought iall of the pieces broke off when i used the micro flat head and cross drivers i don't recommend this to anybody it is horrible.

The only problem I have had with this tool is the crappy spot weld on the bit driver. I was using it to break down a crib and the bit driver snapped off at the weld. Upon further inspection it seems that this is the only means that the driver is attached. There has to be a better way.
