In regards to the weapon of choice LMF2 used in Iraq from 12 Dec. 04 to April 05.
All aspects of the LMF2 were usable in every situation in training and in combat. This weapon was used in over 60 training exercises and over 130 real world combat missions and was flawless.
LMF2 Design of the outside cover was perfectly situated to fit in all aspects of training and real world missions. It fit perfect on Body Armor as it did on PSD kit.
The weapon itself was outstanding for the climate of Iraq it needed hardly any maintenance and the blade stayed sharp without having to take time out of my day to sharpen it, that was a major plus do to our busy and rigorous schedule.
The weapon had a wide verity of uses and was used in every situation you could think of in training and in combat. This weapon I would recommend to everyone, not only those in combat but also those who hunt and have an active outdoor lifestyle. This is the perfect weapon...
