Around here the two go hand in hand. Because the truth is, a Gerber isn't a Gerber until it's got a few (or a few hundred) stories under its belt.
I am sending you some photos taken at Ground Zero Sept. 11, 2001, while I was working.
The first picture is a Burger King police used as a command center. This is downtown, which was in total darkness. Photo #1
The second picture is Two Rector Street, where I opened the door to the lobby with your Gerber Multi-Plier. This became the second command center. The Burger King was taken over by the Office of Emergency management and the National Guard.
Photo #2
The third photo is a picture of me at the third command center. On my right side is a small pouch that I use to hold my Gerber Multi-Plier. I used this tool to help wire the center and in many ohter jobs. I find this to be a very useful and hand tool. Photo #3
the fourth picture speaks for itself. It's been five years and it is still hard for me to see all the pictures I took. Photo #4
