5 Army Cadet Hugh Tanner - JUL 23, 2013

Great Knife I've bought lots of Gerber knives and the Dmf Manual is by far my favorite the smooth fast action and the high quality is a great deal worth alot more than 70 bucks

5 best friend AndrewP - FEB 21, 2013

I own several gerber knives and this is my favorite one. very comfortable hold right or left, the blade still holds its edge.

5 Your Title Ron - FEB 14, 2013

Very nice knife, my 3rd Gerber, never been disappointed. It's my EDC.

5 best knife i have kyle - FEB 5, 2013

5 Love it Chris - DEC 20, 2012

I love this knife. I'm a big guy and this knife fit my hands perfectly. The blade is sharp and has held its edge thus far. the only issue i have had so far is that I keep the knife in my back pocket and the clip caught my truck seat and snapped. But other then the bad luck with that Excellent knife, Highly recommended!

1 Sadly It Was Not To Be Doug B - NOV 30, 2012

I bought this knife, took it out to the car and cut it out of the packaging with my Mini Swagger. Nice blade, the handle grip is nice and tactile. Felt good in my hand. But when I pressed the wedge lock button it broke apart and crumbled into my lap. Took it back into the store and got my money back. I am so disappointed because I researched this knife for several weeks before deciding to get it.

2 Hunter/Everday Anthony - NOV 23, 2012

I absolutely love this knife, the weight to it , the more than comfterbale handel and the sharp blade with the half serrated, i would reccomnend this knife to anyone. However its only plastic peice(the safety stones) have broken within the first week of its purchase.

5 REGRETS... PV2 - NOV 13, 2012

..I have none purchasing this item, the only regret I had was not securing this piece to my person before scouting out the woods. This bad boy of a knife, which is also my main EDC, fell off during a 4WD ride. This knife will tackle anything anywhere. One time I had to cut boat line during the summer, the serrations were outstanding for the job! Another time during camping I used this Gerber model to fashion tinder off a branch, man I miss my knife.

5 Your Title RickD - OCT 30, 2012

Was given this knife for my birthday in July and was immediately impressed. I've been carrying this EDC and I'm glad to have a quality knife to accompany my gun.

2 Wedge Lock Split Nick - SEP 26, 2012

I purchased this knife through Amazon because it looked rugged and I like the Tanto blade design. Also, it was a Gerber. Unfortunately, the moment I removed the knife from the plastic packaging and attempted to engage the Wedge Lock, it split in half and broke off from the center screw. I was surprised given the company's reputation for quality knives. Of course I returned the knife to Amazon and I will be cautious in purchasing another knife from Gerber.

1 Border Patrol Agent John - SEP 21, 2012

Bought this knife for work. Looked durable. It's not!! One of the wedge lock handles broke within an hour!! Played with it opening and closing it... then after a bit the wedge lock handle broke. I expected better materials from Gerber. I will just stick to my 06 Auto for work.

5 As Good As It Looks J.O'B. - SEP 17, 2012

And man does it look beautiful. The blade came literally razor-sharp, and after a couple months of cuttin' stuff, the edge is still just as sharp as it came. The tanto blade is good for punching into things, especially fabric. However, I've broken a tanto blade before, so the highly acute tip of this knife makes it so I can't stab into hard surfaces in good conscience. The lock takes some getting used to, but after you get the hang of it it's a rather nice lock. I have yet to try out the glass breaker. All-in-all a marvelous knife. Highly recommended.

5 Awesome Andrew - JUN 15, 2012

I am a big walking dead fan and this is definitively one of my weapons of choice whether it be work or recreation or maybe even zombies, i would also recommend the Gerber apocalypse kit.

5 Perfect! Nikola - APR 11, 2012

I've had this knife now for about 6 months. I use it for EDC and it works out very well; the grip and blade is strong and it feels great. I love how it's not linear lock, but has a 2-switch for unlocking. The clip doesn't really serve a purpose; kinda hard to hitch this tactical to your belt.

Though one thing I would like to say personally to Gerber, is to please make an option of the DMF w/out the "partial serrated edge"..would look and operate much better..

4 Great knife. Isaiah - JAN 30, 2012

A great knife by gerber. Very good quality knife with strong blade and locking system. Great knife i would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality knife. a bit to big though for every day carry.
