E-Z Out Rescue - Yellow, Full Serration, Blunt Tip

Part of the legend of the Gerber name is our ever-expanding list of special use knives. The E-Z Out Rescue is a prime example. Designed for scenarios when you need to cut without risk of poking or puncturing adjacent surfaces such as someone's flesh. This knife can be seen clipped on the pockets of search rescue types. The blunt tip will do no harm. Yet the wickedly serrated blade is gonna cut through stuff like crazy. Its fast, efficient, effective, and measures 3.51 from hilt to tip. The bright yellow handle is made of super-strong thermoplastic that's reinforced with fiberglass. And those black rubber inserts you see? That's a material called Kraton, which we engineered in for extra gripping performance.

excellent knife i love it it my right hand man ive used it to cut all kinds of rope webing seat belts the blade is awesome , ill miss it when i ship it out to gerber after having it for so many jobs in the last 4 years the handle has broken =( but im sure gerber will fix it for next to nothing like all my other gerber EDC

Blades too long for EMT/EMS service regulations, we can only carrie a blade length of 3.25 inches. Can we get the same style with a smaller blade length ?

I have carried this knife for years, clipped next to my radio on my bunker coat. I have used it to cut almost everything. It deploys quickly and locks up solid. Most impressed with it when I know I can use it to cut battery cables in an instant on car wrecks. Super knife.
