Used my cousin's and loved it. Won't buy one though due to the sheath. Nylon and on the belt is mandatory!

I won't by another Gerber axe unless it comes with a cloth sheath. The plastic sheaths are next to worthless.

This is the best camp axe bar none. However, the new plastic shealth does not compare to the nylon sheath that you once offered. Many of us need to be able to wear the sheath on our belt loop and the new molded plastic sucks in this application.

This a great hunting ax for breaking down and animal into quarters. Buy it. Mine came with a spare knife in the handle.

This little guy is incredible. It holds an edge so sharp you can shave with it. The balance is great and its so light you don't even know its there.
