Cable Dawg Tool, Multicam
Made for U.S. Military communications personnel and telecom professionals out in the field, the Cable Dawg is a specialized, industrial grade multitool for work on fiber optic, IT, and satellite cable systems. Every single tool a communications specialist needs is combined into one - spring-loaded wire and cable cutters, CAT5 jacket cutter, RJ45 crimper, wire strippers, combo-edge knife and multiple drivers. The Cable Dawg attacks the job efficiently, safely and quickly, cutting out multiple trips to the toolbox, base camp or work truck.
*In 2012 the Cable Dawg received an update to the RJ45 crimper that more confidently connects commercially available plugs.

I personally own one of these and have found it to be an absolutely fantastic tool. The CAT-5 jacket stripper on mine doesn't cut very well, resulting in sometimes jagged strips, but that's a small thing in comparison to the other great tools built into this device! I'd recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat and WISH that I'd had one in the field!
it looks cool can you add a rg 59 cable creemper
I would like to see these fielded to communications companies and platoons within Battalions, i saw this at a show on base at Camp Lejuene. They will be well worth it, and i would purchase one for personal use.
We were able to take a closer look at the Gerber Cable Dawg at Warrior Expo West. It is an impressive tool designed specifically for military Information Technology specialists but in our conversations with readers we have come to realize that it has just as much applicability in the civilian market.
