Strap Cutter - Coyote Brown

Hanging up side down and held in with a seat belt or some other tough nylon strapping? No worries. Cutting through the webbing will be like using a hot knife on soft butter. Simple as that. And no need to worry about cuts or punctures where you don't want them. The design shields the cutting edge. Protecting delicate surfaces.

Just got issued this piece of kit, haven't used this for its real purpose yet (hopefully never), but this works great for small tasks when working with para-cord and gun tape.... it also does a good job at opening beer bottles.

I had the chance to check this out at the supply(won't be issued til later in the month) and While it has excellent Vehicle extraction potential(pray to whatever you hold dear that you don't need it) I can also see that I may need to repurpose it in the fall for a back up gut hook on my deer hunt. Put a Blaze Orange handle on this thing for hunters... You'll make a mint.

I happened to come across this tool via a friend. It is the coolest thing ever. It has been said that all great ideas are simple, and Gerber has exemplified that and added superior engineering and material quality. Way to go, guys!!
