Extremely capable and the perfect everyday companion, this miniature version offers the same quick, reliable deployment and functional design as the original. Safety focused and portable, this knife handles daily tasks with ease.
An extremely capable knife, the Mini F.A.S.T. Draw blends the excitement of our original F.A.S.T. design, the Fastdraw, into a compact package that fits perfectly in any pocket. It has a textured handle, with integrated safety and lock release, along with a strong high-carbon stainless steel blade. A reversed pocket clip makes it easy to carry and ready to spring into action.
Been collecting for years with my son. Kind of an addict. Just bought the regular sized fast serrated and the mini regular blade. Love them both. The mini is my new favorite for everyday carrying. Just have to decide what to do with all my knives with out assisted open.
I may be bias the damn knife has saved my life. The one I got worked right out of the package. I stone rub and oil it as needed. It holds the edge well it feels good in the hand. My only complaint the pocket clip broke hung up on rigging 276 lbs of man and gear at the time was glad it gave. Now not so much wish the sold replasement clips on this app but I would nevert replace this knife I said I was bias.
Been looking for a box-opener. Gerber has some nice utility-blade models, and I may try one, but for now, this is great: easy-opening with one hand, and I can close it with one hand too (taking care not to shut it on my finger). it's small and handy.
It looks good and feels good in the hand. The knife I got was not sharp near the tip. The coating on the blade is worn off more so near the tip. The spring opening would not open at first, I had to open and close the knife about 50 times before I felt like it was operating like it was designed to. The lock is a HUGE disappointment. It does not engage when opening the blade. I have to manually engage it if I want to lock the blade. The locking is also very stiff and gets stuck often. It became very painful trying to "break it in" by locking and unlocking with my thumb.
Does not work well. It will only open about 3/4 with the assist mechanism and will not lock open unless the button is forcibly moved into position and the blade moved into the lock position several times. It can fool you and suddenly close while using it.
This is a great knife to carry in your pocket. It gives you enough blade for most jobs and is strong knife. Opens with one hand and locks well.
Wow, I don't even remember when my father bought me this knife.. but it was definitely a long long time ago. Needless to say, it has been to hell and back since. It's adventures include the occasional trip though the washing machine, being dropped into a foot of clay-like mud, and almost losing it in sand. To this day it sits in my pocket wherever I go and gets used many times each day, whether for opening a package, cutting off a zip- tie, or cutting rope when I'm in the woods. No better all around choice than this product. Highly recommend.
This knife is the best small knif I have ever owned I have had the original for years. Resentaly the clip broke, called customer service and said it was under warranty and to send back and they would take care of it. No hassel at all Fantastic customer service!!!!!
I have had this knife for about three months and it has never let me down. I really like how light it is and how it feels in my hand.
this is the best pocket knife i have. my multitool that i used to use is now nothing because i have this.
this is a great, inconspicuous, handy knife. I lost my first one and bought another, only to find that the first one was so unnoticeable that it went through the wash and was in the pocket of a pair of pants in my dresser. I carry one every day. Great quality and value for the money.
I am extremely satisfied with this knife. The assisted opening function took a little while to get used to, but after a little practice, I fell in love with it! Overall, this knife is of top quality and is sold at a very reasonable price. This is my first Gerber (first of many).
