Got this multi-tool for Christmas and although very nice there were a couple small issues. The biggest was the center adjustment mechanism appeared to have black grease on it but it turned out to be the silver finish coming off with a black base under it. Looks very cheap and not exactly what I expected from Gerber.
A couple design issues I wasnt crazy about. I keep hitting the button on the side slider when trying to squeeze the handles causing the pliers to retract into the tool. The Phillips screwdriver isn't too thought out either and pretty useless due to its space saving design.
The rest of the tool seems to be great quality though.

I worked with this tool for a year at my last job and it proved invaluable. I used every feature at one time or another. Great tool!

I got this tool for mtb. Very useful, the pry to mount the tire, the pliers to tight the nuts, screw driver for some adjust...just what i need!!!

I bought a brand new on on Ebay and its terrible.The blades do not lock causing a hazard, the cutting edges on the pliers are pathetic, the locking head does not come straight out of the handles which I found AWKWARD to use, also don't bother the try to fix the blade issue with a torx bit as the screws are CRAP and strip without undoing, also the tools are naff (who needs a mini prybar anyway) there should have been more tools but most of the space is taken up by the mechanism. Next time I think I am going to either get another SOG or a leatherman. Its too bad as I used to think Gerber made excellent tools now I am not so sure - I think it was better before they moved production to China.

Being military have owned a few and issued some this one is great having the locking grip, it has alot of usage. Gotta Love it!!!

Nice multitool.. has just what I need, but they do not crimp elec. connectors... Broke my first one after 1 week... My warr. one should be in ny tomorrow.... now I know the limits....

It's an amazing Multi-tool, the best I have ever used. The one handed opening is beautiful, and The tools are nice and strong.
Pros: Easy opening of pliers, Vice grip is very useful, Outboard tools are convenient, Tools are solid, Lot's of tools,
