Bought this knife in September and had a similar experience to Jason's review. the blade came loose and now rattles in me pocket when I walk. its a little annoying. but still love Gerber and the knife, love the extra tools and will be contacting Gerber's warranty department to see what they can do about the blade loosening and rattling.

I have bought gerber knives all my. I was excited when my wife boughth me the for christmas (2010). But in Feburary of the following year i was using the knife the blade came loose. I thoought nothing of it and put it back in my pocket. When i got home i tightened the blade and put it back in my pocket. Later on that day i try and use my knife agian and the blade was loose again. It would stay tight. This is the worse knife i have ever had, I would not reccomend this knife to anyone!!!
