GDC Zip Hex
Hex head screws are everywhere, and especially on your gear: bikes, boards, skis and ATVs. In short, all the important stuff. Keep adjustability close at hand with one compact, solid hex tool. Gerber’s Daily Carry Zip Hex has better grip than your fingernails, more versatility than your keys and is stronger than both of them combined. Don’t let the lack of the right tool spoil a good day outdoors.
FIVE TOOLS IN ONE
The palm-sized hex’s rotating wheel holds the five most commonly used metric Allen wrenches. Stem bolts, binding attachments, furniture, exercise equipment—no matter what you’re working on, the Zip Hex can help.
Choose a bit, snap it into place, and a ball detent mechanism locks it in place. The lightweight, grippy handle resists slippage, and the stainless steel bits will hold up to serious torque.
MADE TO BE MOBILE
The quick-release clip makes for easy removal from keychain or zipper, and the compact size means it won’t hog valuable space in your pocket or bike bag.
- 5 metric bit sizes: 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm
- Ball detent locking mechanism for added security
- Zipper attachment for easy access
- Quick-release clip for swift removal
- Backed by Gerber’s Lifetime Warranty
I bought the ZIP Hex, assuming the Allen heads on various spots of my Bow would be in mm's. Apparently they are not. Because the bits didn't fit or fit much too loosely. Could you please also offer this in similar size range of SAE sizes? Hunters would LOVE this tool for the weight savings.
Grate product but needs more zipper pull or to just have zipper puls avalible for purches
its a perfect produkt
i really would like to get this based on the video . i want to get it because it would be handy to have when i go biking
Great product. Only gripe would be most bikes also need an 8mm if you work with anything in the crank area.
Are you going to produce the zip hex in imperial sizes?
Please take my money. I need two of these four products. The hex and the light. Amazing product Idea!
Being a weightweenie cyclist, this is my nirvana of tools. Bring this, and a chain breaker and I'm set on a ride! I think the only way this could be better is if there was a way to have a Torx T25 on there somewhere for my mountain bike!
