STL 2.5, Drop Point, Fine Edge

While the STL 2.5 may be larger than its predecessor, a fully machined stainless steel handle keeps it ultra thin and light to sit deep in a pocket or purse.

Nice size, not bulky. Anodizing is very soft, marred and scratched just from being in a pocket with keys. I expected more resilient, higher quality material.

Not sure how the guy above managed to break this during 'normal' use, or failed at sharpening it, possibly he put a 15 degree or less edge on it when 25-30 is more the ideal angle for this knife. I use this for when I must go to meetings or any time I am required to dress up, its small, light, thin, sleek looking and performs well under normal use. I wouldnt consider this knife as an everyday pocket folder, but for the occasions that i may not want a larger bulkier knife, this one is great. Also, not sure about the whole bit about it being a womans knife, can a knife be male or female? at the end of the day, if the thing in ur hand is doing what a knife is supposed to do, than all is good.

i bought this thinking it would be a good knife for my girlfreind i am a knife collector and a big fan of gerber products but i do not belive that they should advertise this as a womans knife because i being a full grown man have a very difficult time operating the extreamly resistant frame lock my knife came with and there is no way my girlfreind can saftly disengage the lock so thumbs down on that

Handy and useful. Equipement I'm satisfied with.

Received this for Christmas and through light use so far, it has performed nicely.

Not sure what the above guy was doing, but it was used all Christmas day to open presents, and cut through bindings on toys and whatnot. Here at work, it opens packages just fine, It fits great with a small footprint on my keychain, for easy access, and no inconvenience.

An absolute load of rubbish! Wouldn't hold an edge and snapped during normal use.
