I recently purchased this item as I needed a multi-purpose sharpener that did both fine and serreated edged blades and was easy to store in a pouch.

Being self covered by the handles is a top bonus as well to help protect the sharpener as well.

More than met my expectation and gives my knives an excellent edge to it.

As one reviewer mentioned, an improperly matched sharpener will dull a knife.

What is the sharpening angle of this product?
