E-Z-Out Jr - Fine Edge

We don't necessarily make knives to win popularity contests. But in the case of our E-Z Out and E-Z Out Jr. line, we're not gonna complain how they've gained such a dedicated following. Because these profoundly versatile clip folders have certainly done their part to help folks fend for themselves. Cutting the things that need cutting. Think of them as all-around knives for everyday life.

As the name suggests, they're very easy to open and use. All it takes is one hand to smoothly deploy the stalwart stainless steel blade.

Of particular value to dedicated knife users is the hell-or-high water rugged glass-filled nylon handle, complete with supple gripping agility of our Softgrip inserts. The combination is a pleasure to hold in your hand. And a pretty slick solution for any task that requires a knife with backbone.

5 Color me impressed! TheGDog - NOV 25, 2015

Bought this knife for my 8yo so he could to whittling and learn knife safety related to Cub Scout activities. For being an inexpensive "cheapie" knife I'm extremely impressed with the fit and finish and Wow... it really stays sharp and was impressive in its ability to whittle on this piece of hardwood. It's got a nice pocket clip on it and another neat thing I also appreciate is that they engineered these two widening edges on it that run along the open the knife folds out of. Those widening edges end up offering the user much greater grip and control over the knife than you would have if they weren't there.

My wife gave me one of these knives in 2003 I've carried it ever since, it is the best knife for daily carry I have ever owned.
I fully recommend it.

Got mine from my mother, she carried it on deployment. I always come back to it and never feel bad about it. I've butchered the edge but still it remains sharp. I have "borrowed" a thumb-stud from another knife of a not awesome brand to add to the utility of this knife and plan on getting a second and doing the same in the event i lose this beauty. Fully recommended as an edc and the large is just as awesome for those who like the larger stuff.

5 Gerber E-Z- Out Jr. gokarter - FEB 17, 2014

I recommend this knife. This knife is the sharpest knife I have seen so far. I love how easy it is to pull out. Love this knife!

My wife loves the EZ-out knifes. She has become very fast at deploying the blade using her thumb and forefinger holding the loop and snapping the handle down to instantly open the knife. She has a small one clipped to her boot and a medium clipped to her waistband. Tried to buy her a different Gerber for Christmas and its going back cuz it wasn't an Ez-out.

I have had several EZ-Outs over the years and am glad you still make them. Sticky fingers at work have always been the end of them for me. Have never had one wear out. The edge holds it's sharpness for a good long time compared to other brands. I look for
