Teaming together the first-in-class MP600 multi-tool and the Solitaire flashlight, Gerber has enabled the user to maintain and illuminate no matter the time or conditions. The one-handed multi-tool in one hand, the flashlight in the other: unstoppable.
About the only tangible drawback of the Multi-Plier 600 is that it can't illuminate the dark places and times of the world. That's why we teamed it with our sturdy, rugged Solitaire Flashlight in our ballistic nylon sheath. Together, these Gerber mainstays make a pretty dang good maintenance kit. One that can perform 24/7. The Solitaire generates a longer distance beam and increased spot brightness than other lights in its class. This is the essence of portable luminosity talk about your dime store words and it's all powered by one simple AA battery. The Multi-Plier 600 sometimes works as if it's power-assisted by batteries, because the pliers open so easily using just one hand. But the true story is our patented one-handed opening mechanism. So you can work with the 600 in one hand, and the Solitaire in the other.
Im using the gerber multi plier gear already for 20 years , even before the "slide function " was write down in the manual ...
I already have this combination kit with the MP600 and the gerber flashlight, but now he is totally finished...
How I can bay a new combi set to be not a American?
I was given a slightly older version of this set and it was on my side my whole time in the Guard. It withstood any and all abuse I could through at it. I still have it today... A must for anyone who is wanting a great tool kit that wears easily.
Initially I bought this for myself because I needed a new multi-tool, and the flashlight was just a bonus. I ended up sending it to a buddy who is deployed to Afghanistan, and he loves it. His only complaint is that the carrying case is a little too large and bulky to wear on his belt in uniform. Other than that he loves it! I plan on buying more as gifts for other friends and will get one for myself as well!
